Faramarz Farbod interviews Dr. Joseph Gerson, the author of four books, including Empire and the Bomb: How the US Uses Nuclear Weapons to Dominate the World (2007) and With Hiroshima Eyes: Atomic War, Nuclear Extortion and Moral Imagination, and the President of Campaign for Peace, Disarmament, and Common Security.
Dr. Gerson has been engaged with peace movements in Asia and Europe including with the International Peace Bureau, Korea Peace Network, Massachusetts Peace Action Nuclear Disarmament Working Group, and the founding meeting of the new European Nuclear Disarmament Network.
